It's worth noting that a company in Mexico started testing silver iodide released from weather balloons officially back in December.
The federal government there banned it so they moved their test site to America.
Sure would be weird if there were a rash of balloon sightings followed by uncommon weather patterns like snow in San Diego.
Also curiously enough China is one of the leaders in weather modification.
They employ over 37,000 people at the Beijing Weather Modification Office and are working to reduce draught conditions in the area where the Ughyurs reside along with parts of Mongolia.
Sure is a good thing they care so much about those people…..
